Today’s actors get fame easily because of social media, Karisma Kapoor

Mumbai: Indian actress Karisma Kapoor says that in her time she had to work hard to get fame, but now things are not the same.

During an interview, Karisma Kapoor said that today’s new actors get fame very easily because of social media, whereas in the 90s, it was very difficult for actors to get recognition.

The 48-year-old actress said that earlier actors had to fight to make their mark. Karisma said that whatever film she worked in, whether it was made for any purpose, was a hit or a flop, but it proved to be useful for her.

Karisma Kapoor said that it was a different era and for her every film was special. The actress said that she enjoyed working with directors David Dhawan, Yash Chopra and Shyam Benegal.

It should be noted that Karisma Kapoor is soon returning to the screen after 3 years with her new web series ‘Brown’.

Karisma Kapoor will be seen playing the role of Kolkata police officer Rita Brown in the web series Brown directed by Abhine Dev.
