India says goodbye to the ‘Disco King’ with Bappi Lahiri funeral.

Bappi Lahiri’s funeral is now taking place in Mumbai, India. His family is taking care of his last rites.
Numerous Bollywood stars have expressed their condolences to the late singer’s family. Stars like Vidya Balan and Mika Singh were among those who came to his funeral service. Bhushan Kumar, Shakti Kapoor, Udit Narayan, and Shaan also came to the service.

Many were taken aback by his death, which occurred just a few days after the demise of Lata Mangeshkar. Amitabh Bachan, Akhshay Kumar, Kareena Kapoor, and Ranveer Singh are just a few of the stars who paid tribute to the Yaad Aa Raha Hai singer.

Reema, his daughter, sobbed at her father’s funeral rites. Throughout the ceremony, she sobbed uncontrollably. Additionally, the singer’s son was observed sobbing as he lit his funeral pyre.
On Tuesday, the ‘Disco King‘ died of obstructive sleep apnea. He was hospitalised for a month at Mumbai’s CritiCare Hospital before being released. He was, however, readmitted after a health problem.
The iconic vocalist provided music for films such as Disco Dancer, Himmatwala, and Sharaabi, among others. He was widely regarded as India’s ‘pioneer‘ of disco music.
