On Thursday, actors Swara Bhasker and Fahad Ahmad, who is a member of the Samajwadi Party, said they were going to get married. Sonam Kapoor and some other famous people were at their small engagement party in Mumbai. Kangana Ranaut, who worked with Swara in the movie “Tanu Weds Manu,” took to Twitter on Friday to wish Swara and Fahad well and say that they “look happy and blessed.” In March, Swara and Fahad will get married.
Swara Bhasker and Fahad Ahmad chose to get married in court, and on January 6, they filed their paperwork under the Special Marriage Act. A traditional wedding will happen next month. After exchanging garlands on Friday, Swara posted photos of herself and Fahad wearing traditional red and white clothes. She said on Twitter, “Three cheers for the Special Marriage Act!” (despite the notice period, etc.) At least it’s there and gives love a chance… “The right to love, the right to choose a life partner, the right to marry, and the right to be heard should not be seen as a privilege.”
“You both look happy and blessed, which is God’s grace,” Kangana Ranaut replied to her tweet.”Marriages happen in the heart; everything else is just a formality.” Someone on Twitter said that Kangana’s tweet for Swara was the first positive tweet they had ever seen.
The supposed fight between Swara Bhasker and Kangana Ranaut has been in the news in recent years. Swara and Kangana have been in Tanu Weds Manu (2011) and Tanu Weds Manu Returns (2012) togethers. Swara and Kangana have been in Tanu Weds Manu (2011) and Tanu Weds Manu Returns (2012) together. In 2020, Kangana and Taapsee Pannu fought on Twitter after Kangana called Swara and Taapsee “B-grade actresses.” Kangana said in an interview for 2021 that Swara and Taapsee, who are both “outsiders” in Bollywood, deny nepotism to impress director Karan Johar but “don’t get work.” Swara replied to Kangana’s tweet with the word “compliment” to be funny. A few months later, Swara and Kangana had a Twitter fight that ended with Swara telling Kangana that she loves her.
Swara talked about their fight in a 2022 interview with Mashable India. She said, “Kangana is a straight-talking girl; one straight-talking girl is enough for me.” (I am also a frank girl, so we had a conversation.) She gave her point of view, and I gave mine. “It’s fine; everything is fine.”
