The audience was ecstatic to witness the magical rapport between Shah Rukh and Kajol on the big screen. Meanwhile, Kajol recently discussed the rumours surrounding the remake of DDLJ. The actress stated that the film should not be remade because its original charm cannot be replicated.
Kajol, who was most recently seen in Salaam Venky, stated in an interview with News 18 that the remake of Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge could leave audiences disappointed and that comparisons would be inevitable. Reportedly, Vijay Deverakonda will appear in the remake of the film alongside producer Aditya Chopra. However, they were disregarded by Yash Raj Films. Now, in response to the same, she stated: “Personally, I do not believe that films similar to Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge should be remade. I feel similarly about K3G (Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham). Enchantment, I believe, can only be created once.If you attempt to recreate it, it will fade out and lack the same atmosphere.
She went on, “You will always be dissatisfied, regardless of how accurately it is portrayed or executed. There is a texture to magic. Films provide this feeling. “When you view them for the first time, you experience an emotion that cannot be replicated.”
