A controversial Pakistani actor and director named Javed Sheikh said on Thursday that the recent news that filmmakers will get tax breaks will help the industry. which was about to take off because great movies were being made.
When he talked about it, he said that the government’s support for the film industry was “amazing.” He also said that investors and producers would benefit from bringing in high-quality machinery. That will improve the quality of dramas and movies in the long run.
He said, “The Pakistani film industry is coming back to life, and there’s no doubt that it has a bright future.” while talking about the most recent movies that the industry has made. which got a lot of attention from all over the world, especially for how good they were.
He said that the incentives for the film industry came at the right time, even though they were announced late.
He talked about his upcoming projects and said that the Pakistani movie “Quad-e-Azam Zindabaad” would come out on Eid-ul-Azha. Two more movies were being made: “Dehli Gate” and “Money back guarantee.”
For those who don’t know, the government has said it wants to create the first-ever health insurance plan for artists. In addition, a Film Finance Fund with a budget of one billion rupees per year will be established.
