Dharmendra, India’s legendary actor, has been admitted to a hospital in Mumbai.

Dharmendra, a veteran Indian actor, was hospitalised in the intensive care unit at a hospital in South Mumbai last week.

According to media sources, the 86-year-old actor has been moved out of the critical care unit. He is, however, now being observed and is recuperating.

An ETimes source stated that “Dharmendra is improving today, but he will remain under surveillance and will most likely be in the hospital for a few more days.”

Additionally, the Indian news agency stated that Dharmendra’s son, actor Sunny Deol, paid his father a visit in the hospital on Sunday. However, there is yet no official word on the renowned actor’s condition.

On the professional front, the famous performer will appear in the sequel to the 2007 blockbuster Apne, which will reunite him onscreen with his kids Sunny Deol and Bobby Deol.

He is also a part of Alia Bhatt and Ranveer Singh’s upcoming film Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani.
