Despite Knee Injury, Akshay Kumar Films’ 15-Crore Action Sequence

Akshay Kumar is currently shooting in Scotland with Tiger Shroff for the upcoming film, ‘Bade Miyan Chote Miyan’. During last week’s action sequences, the actor suffered a knee injury, but he continued to shoot despite the pain. Akshay reportedly had a bad tear on his knee and used a stick for support, but he still managed to complete the action scenes for the film. According to reports from Pinkvilla, producer Jackky Bhagnani has spent Rs15 crore on this action schedule in the UK. After the incident, Akshay had braces on his knee and shot for some close-up sequences.

In addition to Akshay and Tiger, ‘Bade Miyan Chote Miyan’ also stars Sonakshi Sinha and Prithviraj Sukumaran. The film is being directed by Ali Abbas Zafar and is set to release on December 22, 2023.

Apart from this, Akshay Kumar is also preparing for his Marathi debut in Mahesh Manjrekar’s upcoming film, ‘Vedat Marathe Veer Daudale Saat’, in which he will portray the role of Shivaji Maharaj. He also has several other projects in the pipeline, including ‘Capsule Gill’, ‘OMG 2’, and ‘Sky Force’, produced by Dinesh Vijan.
