The trainers of Kareena Kapoor and Alia Bhatt say there are yoga poses that can help with bloating.

Most of us get bloated on a regular basis. Depending on the cause, being full can make us feel uncomfortable and like we’ve eaten too much. A common cause of bloating is when the body holds on to gas. Asanas in yoga can make the body feel better by getting rid of this gas. But we often reach for carbonated drinks to get rid of the gas and treat bloating. Bloating can be caused by many things, like eating big meals or high-fiber foods, holding on to water because of stress, not getting enough sleep, having your period, etc. Anshuka Parwani gave a list of bloating’s possible causes and said that it is caused by gas getting stuck in the stomach and intestines.

Anshuka, who teaches yoga to many Bollywood stars like Alia Bhatt and Kareena Kapoor, wrote an article about the benefits of yoga for reducing bloating. She said, “Most of us go out for carbonated drinks when we have gas as a way to treat it.” But the following yoga poses will help you feel less bloated and get rid of trapped gas. These positions will help you strengthen your core and reduce the number of times you get bloated. Anshuka wrote down five yoga poses that can help you get rid of gas and feel less bloated.

Utthita Parshvakonasana

Bandhasana Setu

Pavanmuktasana

Anshuka’s yoga asana demos are good for your health in a number of ways. While Utthita Parshvakonasana helps stretch the legs, knees, ankles, groynes, spine, waist, and shoulders, Kati Chakrasana strengthens the spine and waist and tones the upper body.
