“Love Today,” a quirky Tamil romantic drama that has been in theatres for 100 days and has quickly become a fan favourite, is a good example. The movie was one of the biggest hits in Tamil cinema in 2022, and now Phantom Studios and the company that made it in the first place, AGS Entertainment, are making a Hindi version of it. The official Hindi version should come out early in 2024.
Pradeep Ranganathan, who is making his acting debut in Love Today, and Ivana play the main roles. Love Today came out in theatres on November 4, 2022, and both critics and audiences gave it very good reviews. People liked the story, the acting, the humour, and everything else about the movie. The film, which cost Rs 5 crores to produce, was well received by critics and performed well at the box office.Love Today was first only available in Tamil, but because of how popular it was, it was later also made available in Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada.
In the movie, Raveena Ravi, Yogi Babu, Sathyaraj, and Raadhika Sarathkumar all played important parts. Yuvan Shankar Raja is in charge of the music, and Dinesh Purushothaman and Pradeep E. Ragav are in charge of the cinematography and editing, respectively.
Again, Love Today showed that when the content is good, everything works out great. The movie with a small budget turned out to be the winner of 2022. But at this point, we don’t know if the Hindi version will be good enough to meet the expectations set by the Tamil version.
