The Economic Offenses Wing of the Delhi Police recently interviewed Jacqueline Fernandez for eight hours about the matter. She went to the headquarters of the investigation agency on Mandir Marg in the capital around 11:30 a.m. and left just before 8 p.m.
The Directorate of Enforcement is also looking into what happened (ED). Ravindra Yadav, the Special Commissioner of Police for Crime, said that Fernandez was questioned about her role in Chandrashekhar’s multimillion-dollar money laundering case and the gifts she is said to have gotten from him.
It’s clear that these famous people are having trouble, and it doesn’t look like things will get better any time soon. The Economic Offences Wing called both Jacqueline Fernandez and Pinky Irani on Wednesday to talk about an extortion case involving conman Sukesh Chandrashekhar. The Delhi Police is said to have found contradictions in what they said. Senior officials will talk about what Jacqueline said before deciding whether or not to call the actor again.
