Forever indebted to Saba Qamar for the pond scene: Sarmad

LAHORE:- Sarmad Khoosat, a Pakistani film and TV actor and director, recently praised actress Saba Qamar for a scene she did in a pond in the winter for their film “Kamli.” He said that the actress owes him for the scene she did in December.

Sarmad praised Saba in a recent interview, saying, “We shot the scene and marked the spot for the jib shoot, but when the time came, the geezer stopped working.”

He said that he went into the cold pond to show support for Saba, but he couldn’t stay there for long and jumped out. He said that someone told him the water was heated, but it was still cold. He also said that Saba told him she would do it, which she did.

“If we had to do it again, we would have had to dry her off, fix her hair, and do the shots all over again,” he said. “Thank God we got it right the first time.”

When asked why Saba was chosen to play Hina in the movie, Sarmad said that the role of Hina needed a strong actor, and Saba had the right personality to do it.

I was sure it had to be a star. There was no question about it. I knew that making this movie would cost a certain amount of money, so we needed a bankable star. I don’t think we had a lot of choices for how to show Hina’s feelings. Saba’s eyes, eyebrows, face, and body are all full of life. “When you see her on screen, you can’t look anywhere else,” he said.

Sarmad went on to say that Saba used to come to his office, and the two of them would talk in depth about Hina. “She would ask me about the story, but I would say we were just talking about Hina.” “Now I think that no one else could have been Hina.” He was done.

“Kamli,” which was directed by Sarmad, is a story about love, loss, and secrets that are kept hidden. It shows the weaknesses and conflicts of both men and women. All the talented actors who are in it are Sania Saeed, Hamza Khawaja, Sania Saeed, Omair Rana, and Nimra Bucha.
