Shehzada’s first day at the box office shows that Kartik Aaryan’s movie does much worse than Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2.

The movie Shehzada, starring Kartik Aaryan, didn’t have a great start on Friday. It is a long way behind Kartik’s best opening, which was Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2, which made $7 crore in its first day. The movie, which was also directed by Rohit Dhawan, also has Kriti Sanon in it.

A report by an industry insider, Sacnilk, said that early predictions said the movie would bring in $7 crore on its first day. Kartik’s most recent movie, the horror comedy Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2, opened to 14 crore, which is a much higher number. Taran Adarsh, an expert in the trade, also put out numbers from all of the major multiplex chains. “PVR: 1.47 cr, INOX: 92 lacs, Cinepolis: 53 lacs; Total: 2.92 cr,” he said.

Antman and the Wasp: Quantumasia, the other movie that came out this week and was made in Hollywood, is doing better at the box office. Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantum Leap is the first movie in Phase 5 of Disney’s Marvel Cinematic Universe. The superhero is taken to the world of subatomic particles called the “quantum realm,” where he faces new problems.

The movie is directed by Peyton Reed, who also worked on The Mandalorian. The movie stars Paul Rudd as Scott Lang/Ant-Man, Evangeline Lilly as Hope van Dyne/The Wasp, Michelle Pfeiffer as Janet Van Dyne, and Michael Douglas as Hank Pym. Kang the Conqueror is a new bad guy in the third movie. He is played by Jonathan Majors.
