Renowned Director Reveals the Reason Behind Ending Collaboration with Akshay Kumar

In a recent interview, director Vipul Shah shed light on why he has decided to discontinue working with the dynamic actor Akshay Kumar.

Vipul Shah has delivered several successful films to Bollywood, bringing immense joy and entertainment to audiences. He previously collaborated with Akshay Kumar on movies like “Namastey London” and “Waqt: The Race Against Time.” However, in recent times, the duo has not joined forces on any new projects.

During the interview, Shah shared his perspective, stating, “Looking back, I realized that we had worked together continuously for a very long period. It occurred to me that it would be a good idea for both him and me to explore working with other actors. That’s when I decided to venture out and diversify my collaborations.”

Shah acknowledged that working with Akshay had become a natural inclination, saying, “Whenever I would think of a subject or write something, it was almost instinctive for me to consider him. I would create characters keeping Akshay’s style in mind.”

He clarified that there was no animosity or disagreement between him and Akshay Kumar. Both individuals have chosen different paths in their respective careers. Shah reassured everyone, saying, “We are both occupied with our own commitments, but whenever an opportunity arises, I can assure everyone that we will work together again.”

While their professional collaborations may have taken a pause, Shah’s words indicate that their association could potentially be rekindled in the future.
