Priyanka Chopra told the reason behind leaving the Indian industry and going to Hollywood

Indian-American actress Priyanka Chopra says she stayed away from Bollywood because she was not getting the work she wanted and had bad relationships with some people.

According to an Indian media report, actress Priyanka Chopra while speaking on a recent American podcast said that Anjula Acharya of the music company Desi Hits saw her in a music video and called her while she was shooting for Saat Khoon Maaf.

Anjula Acharya asked the actress if she was interested in starting a music career in America to which Priyanka immediately said yes.
Priyanka said that at that time she was also looking for a way out of Bollywood.

She said that she was being pushed into a corner in Bollywood and no one was casting her, nor was she getting the kind of attention she wanted, so she needed a break from Bollywood.

Priyanka said that music gave her the opportunity to go to Hollywood and then she continued to try to find work in American films in which she was successful and now she has been a part of several films in Hollywood.

It should be remembered that Priyanka Chopra is married to American singer Nick Jones, after which she has moved permanently to America, she also has a daughter named ‘Malati Mary Jones’.
