After a two-year layoff, the year 2022 has gotten off to a flying start, with big-budget blockbusters topping the box office with each release.
April, too, has a spate of intriguing films. From “Jersey” to “KGF: Chapter 2” to “Heropanti 2,” here are the April release dates for feature films.
1) Dasvi
This year will see the release of Abhishek Bachchan’s first film. “David,” his upcoming film, stars Yami Gautam and Nimrat Kaur. In the film, Junior Bachchan will portray an ignorant politician tasked with taking the class 10th examinations while imprisoned in the film. Davi by Tushar Jalota will be published on April 7.
2) Jersey
Finally, Shahid Kapoor’s Jersey is going to open in theatres on April 14, which is a very important day in India. It has been stuck and delayed for a long time now. It is going to be a movie about a cricket player called Shahid.
3) KGF: Chapter 2
4) Runway 34
Ajay Devgn’s new movie, called “Runway 34,” comes after his last film, “Shivaay.” As the movie starts, we learn about a true story that happened on a Jet Airways flight from Doha to Kochi in 2015.
You will see Ajay Devgan, Amitabh Bachchan, and Rakul Preet Singh in the main roles in this thriller. The movie will be out on April 29.
5) Heropanti 2
Tiger Shroff is getting ready for the sequel to “Heropanti,” which was his first big hit in Bollywood. She will also be the lead in the movie.
The “Rangeela” trio of AR Rahman, Mehboob, and Ahmed Khan are also in the movie, as well. As well as Tara and Tiger, the movie “Heropanti 2” has a bad guy named Nawazuddin Siddiqui on the screen. The movie will also be out on April 29th.
