Pakistan’s popular singer Ali Zafar has revealed that he and his wife were kidnapped in 2009 for which they have not yet received justice.
Talking about his abduction for the first time on social media, the singer shared some important information with fans and his experience with the country’s justice system.
Ali wrote on Instagram, “Ayesha and I were kidnapped in 2009. We survived and we don’t talk about the incident. However, both of us are still in shock that you are being blackmailed and harassed by someone who came to the party.
“We decided to file for damages but seeing how difficult the system makes it for you to seek justice, I decided to let people read for themselves,” wrote Ali Zafar.

He further wrote that ‘about 5 years ago I approached our justice system to seek justice and claim damages using a proper and professional method’.
Ali Zafar shared the document and details on social media and questioned that after all these years the system did not allow us to ask all the relevant questions and present all the relevant evidence in the court. Why?’
It should be remembered that this is the first time when Ali Zafar shared the details of his abduction on social media and told the public that despite being a popular person, he is not getting justice.
