Virat claims that he was unkind to Anushka while he was going through a difficult time.
In a recent interview, Indian player Virat Kohli admitted that, at difficult times in his life, he was “unfair” to his wife Anushka Sharma and other loved ones.
The former Indian captain admitted that he wasn’t as motivated as he once was because of difficulties that had gradually crept into his life. Because of this, his relationships were suffering. “Frustration was starting to sneak in for me because I was in denial.” I was really irritable and snappy in my own area. It wasn’t fair to my family, my wife, Anushka Sharma, or the individuals who help you, either. I therefore had to accept accountability and attempt to put things into perspective.
He continued, “I was a long way from my cricket.” My desires and attachments had completely seized control. I then understood that I couldn’t be disconnected from who I am. I must stay true to who I am. I have to accept it even when I am weak, not playing well, or the worst player around. I cannot remain in denial.
In 2017, Virat and Anushka were married in Italy. Vamika is their daughter’s name.
