The movie Lords of Lockdown is going to the International Film Festival in Rotterdam.
Lords of Lockdown is based on stories about India’s lockdown. Most of the stories are about how normal people suffered during the worst times of India’s lockdown. The movie is going to the International Film Festival in Rotterdam.
From January 26 to February 6, 2023, the festival will take place in the Netherlands. In April, the film was shown at the New York Indian Film Festival, and in July, it was chosen to be shown at the Melbourne Indian Film Festival.
The director, Mihir Fadnavis, said, “It really is a treat! “Lords or Lockdown” shows how the average person in India took the lead and helped not only himself but also other people.
He also said, “The pandemic taught us how important it is to help each other without expecting anything in return.” This is also the main point of the movie. I’m thrilled that “Lords of Lockdown” is getting so much attention. It makes us all feel very small.
