Muneeb Butt explains Sar-e-New Rah’s contentious episode.

Muneeb Butt is a Pakistani actor who works in both broadcast and cinema. He started performing in 2012 and has since appeared in a number of well-known television shows. Daldal, Baandi, Koi Chand Rakh, Kaisa Hai Naseeban, Yaariyan, Qarar, and Baddua are just a few of his famous ventures.

Muneeb makes a stride forward in the television series Sar e Rah by portraying Sarang Shabbir, an intersex child who encounters challenges before becoming a Pakistani assistant commissioner.

Muneeb addressed the issue as a guest on Obaid Attique’s show. He cited his father’s role in the story of his androgynous character, “Khawaja Sira.” He explained that while the word “trans” alludes to those who change their gender on purpose, the intersex person he is portraying is someone who was naturally born that way.

Sar-e-Rah’s new episode recently sparked a debate when Maria B criticised the show for displaying gender fluidity. Many individuals chastised Maria and advised her to view the show first.
