The CBFC awards “Pathaan,” starring Shah Rukh Khan, a UA certificate.

Shah Rukh Khan’s Pathaan, which generated controversy soon after the release of its first song, “Besharam Rang,” has been officially given the UA certificate by the CBFC (Central Board of Film Certification).
The positive news was revealed by trading analyst Taran Adarsh. He also provided the film’s running time.
“Pathaan run time,” tweeted Shah Rukh Khan. On January 2, 2023, #Pathaan was certified by the CBFC. 146 minutes and 16 seconds (2 hours, 26 minutes, and 16 seconds). The movie will be released in theatres on January 25, 2023.
The CBFC had required changes to be made before the movie’s debut. The reports state that Besharam Rang has undergone three changes. The changes have been replaced with pertinent movie stills.
Langda Lulle has been changed to Toote Phoote, ex-KGB has been changed to ex-SBU, Mrs. Bharatmata has been changed to Hamari Bharatmata, and Ashok Chakta has been changed to Veer Puraskar in some of the movie’s dialogue. The Film Certification Board approved the film despite the need to change a few sequences but kept the song and costume.
Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone, and John Abraham star in Siddharth Anand’s fourth instalment of the Yash Raj Films spy series, Pathaan. The film’s debut is slated for January 25.
