Twinkle Khanna’s short story, “Salaam Noni Appa,” will be turned into a movie.

In her book, The Legend of Lakshmi Prasad, Twinkle Khanna tells the story of Salaam Noni Appa, a short story from her book. It will be turned into a movie.
In a post on Instagram on Tuesday, the actor-turned-author revealed that the yet-to-be-named film will be made by Applause Entertainment, Ellipsis Entertainment, and Twinkle’s Mrs. Funnybones Movies.
Twinkle, 47, shared the news with her friends. “Hurrah, I’m so excited! Salaam Noni Appa, all three of Applause Entertainment, Ellipsis Entertainment, and Mrs. Funnybones Movies work together to make a movie based on my short story, “Salaam Noni Appa.” In this movie, I get to work with some of my best friends, like @tanuj.garg, @sameern, @atulkasbekar, and @agracadabra, a top adman.

The Legend of Lakshmi Prasad was written by Khanna in 2016. It’s a collection of four stories about feminism that were written in 2016.
She went on to say: “This book is based on my grandmother and her sister, but it’s not entirely based on them. My Nani saw it when it was made into a play by @lilletedubeyofficial. I’m sure she would have been happy to see it made into a movie, too. “
The new movie will be directed by Sonal Dabral.
