In the upcoming movie Zarrar, actress Karan Malik will share the screen for the first time with actor Shaan Shahid. Karan Malik revealed interesting details about her portrayal of a journalist in the movie Zarrar in a special interview she gave to Bol News.
As I was making the movie, I watched various journalists in action, listened to discussion programmes, and tried to understand everything that makes a successful journalist. When I was acting the part, all these factors were taken into account.
Was it a privilege to collaborate with Shaan on your first movie?
without a doubt. I didn’t trust Shaan Shahid when he offered to work in the movie because I had never acted before, but in the movie, Shaan and other senior artists assisted me in portraying the part. Shaan’s appearance on the film’s sets was so vivacious that it really aided my ability to perform well in my debut movie.
What kinds of roles do you envision yourself playing in the future?
I am an actress willing to take on any role, but the writing must be strong.
