Rohit Shetty and Ranveer Singh try hard to make us laugh in Cirkus.

Cirkus: Two identical twins from Mr. Roy Jamnadas’ orphanage are given to different adoptive families.

The doctor, Mr. Roy (Murali Sharma), is determined to show that “nurture over nature” is true. He goes to great lengths to show that a person’s values shape their qualities and that genes don’t have much to do with this. Joy and Roy are twins. Joy (Varun Sharma) and Roy (Ranveer Singh) live happy lives in Bangalore and Ooty, respectively.

But things start to go wrong when one set of twins decides to go to Ooty, where the other twins run a circus. One twin can’t be hurt by an electric shock, but the other, who lives in a different city, is very hurt by it and gives off electricity when it happens. The movie Cirkus, which was directed by Rohit Shetty, was based on Shakespeare’s play The Comedy of Errors. Are the twins aware of who they are? Is it true that “nurture trumps nature,” as Dr. Roy says? These two questions are at the heart of the story.

There’s no doubt that Rohit Shetty and Ranveer Singh together are deadly. Slapstick comedies are hard to make, but Shetty always does a good job because he knows what his audience wants. Rohit is known for making movies with over-the-top settings, bright colours, and a lot of texture. This is something that most people like about his work.

Cirkus comes to life when the beautiful tea estates and unique traits of each character are shown. When it comes to casting, Rohit never lets us down. Because he sticks with his team and often uses the same performers, the audience feels like they can relate to him more. The costume designers did everything they could to make it look like the movie is set in the 1960s, like giving Ranveer and Varun checkered jackets, polo neck t-shirts, high waist slacks, big moustaches, and gelled hair.

Pooja Hegde and Jacqueline Fernandes also cast their spells with their big eyebrows, heavy hair wigs, and clothes. It’s crazy how quickly one mistake in a situation can lead to another. It wouldn’t be fair not to talk about the present chain scenario. Yes, the scene reminds me of Priyadarshan’s cult classic Hungama, but I’m wondering if there’s a better way to do it. In the second half of the movie, both the script and the story get better. It can make you laugh so hard that your stomach hurts.

Rohit Shetty has set a standard for himself with movies like the Golmaal and Singham series, Simba, and Sooryavanshi. His new movie, Cirkus, is bound to be compared to these classics, but it doesn’t measure up to them. This Rohit Shetty movie is a classic, but shockingly, there are no flying cars in it. Except for one or two scenes with Siddharth Jadhav and Sanjay Mishra, most of the first half of the movie will make you laugh. Cirkus wasn’t as funny or different as the audience had hoped for from a Rohit Shetty movie. The producers went a little too far when Murali Sharma told his story to the camera.

When it comes to putting on a show, Cirkus does everything right. Ranveer Singh should be praised for being able to play two different characters in two different ways. Surprise package: Varun Sharma makes people laugh with ease. I think that Sanjay Mishra and Siddharth Jadhav are the real heroes of Cirkus.

When they are on screen, there is never a dull moment. Both Jacqueline Fernandez and Pooja Hegde, who are girls, play their parts well. As Polsan noted, Johnny Lever did an amazing job. Tiku Talsania, Ashwini Kalsekar, Mukesh Tiwari, Anil Charanjeett, Vijay Patkar, Vrajesh Hirjee, and Sulabha Arya steal scenes with their wit and acting skills.
