Speculations are swirling that Katrina Kaif has opted out of Farhan Akhtar’s much-anticipated road trip film, Jee Le Zaraa.

While no official confirmation has been made, it is rumored that both Katrina and Priyanka Chopra have decided not to be a part of the project.

As a result, discussions are underway among the filmmakers to consider Kiara Advani and Anushka Sharma as potential replacements.

When Jee Le Zaraa was initially announced, with Katrina, Priyanka, and Alia Bhatt as the lead actresses, fans were elated at the prospect of another enjoyable road trip film reminiscent of Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara.

Recent reports indicate that Farhan Akhtar has put the film on hold temporarily due to scheduling conflicts.

Priyanka Chopra’s commitments in Hollywood prevented her from being available for shooting in 2023. She proposed shooting for Jee Le Zaraa in 2024, a suggestion that Farhan accepted.

With the casting puzzle yet to be solved, Farhan ultimately decided to delay the film until the right time, as per Indian media reports.

Jee Le Zaraa will mark Farhan Akhtar’s directorial comeback after the success of his previous hit film, Dil Chahta Hai.
