Kapil Sharma discusses why he opted to go with Netflix for his comedy special.

Kapil Sharma, a well-known Indian comedian, is poised to make his Netflix debut with a stand-up special titled I Am Not Done Yet.

With his first-ever comedy show, the ace comic will give the audience a look into his life in his Netflix debut. Kapil Sharma will be seen strolling down memory lane in his OTT special. The programme is jam-packed with banter and excessive humour, so fans are in for a treat.

During a recent interview, the Kis Kiso Pyaar Karoon actor revealed what prompted him to accept Netflix’s offer for his comedy special.

“After all these years on TV, I realised that my tale was only getting started, and that in order to move on to the next chapter, I needed to do something fresh and different, and Netflix felt like the right location!” he was quoted as saying.

The Comedy Nights actor pointed out that the streaming service has a global audience, making it an excellent venue for him to convey his life storey.

“I’ve drawn stories from my trip, recounted my experiences, and described my route thus far,” Kapil said of the highly anticipated programme.

“I’ve also paid respect to my loved ones with ‘Kapil Sharma: I’m Not Done Yet.'” So what I’m sharing with others isn’t content; it’s my life! “

“It’s been a learning experience for me—this is really different from what I normally do, and I’m thrilled for the rest of the world to see what we’ve done here,” he said.

Sharma, who won The Great Indian Laughter Challenge in 2007, depicted his life path in his own unique way in Netflix’s comedy special, which debuted on Friday, January 28th (today).
