The OST has 15 million views on its own channel and is presently Pakistan’s top-trending song in the music category. It is also gaining popularity among viewers. Many of the fans, however, were irate and attempted to emphasise the song’s many meanings. Many other social media users concurred that the song was plagiarised and that one should acknowledge it when they do. The song’s structure and a few of the lyrics were universally acknowledged by the fans. A few people asserted that the Bollywood song also copied Tum He Ho Mehboob Mere and Acha Sila Dia.
