The second weekend of Kantara is 90% bigger than the first, with over 50 crores in India.

Kantara’s second weekend earned roughly Rs. 18 crore. On its second Sunday, the film made over Rs 7 crore, setting a new daily box office record. The film’s first-weekend sales jumped 90% from last week. In Karnataka, the film’s second weekend narrowly trailed KGF Chapter 2. The film has grossed Rs. 44 crores, with Rs. 42 crores from Karnataka and Rs. 2 crores from the rest of India, with Mumbai adding Rs. 1 crore.

The film’s weekend collections should have been better, but it reached capacity in Karnataka. The film’s popularity will continue into the weekdays. Monday’s gains were enormous, and the film may not decline much from Friday today.

With this financial trend, the film could gross 100 crores.Even if the Kannada version falls short, Hindi and Telugu dubbed versions will be released next week and make up for any gap.

First week: 26.25 crores

2nd Friday: $4.25 million
Second Saturday: 6.25 crore
Sunday: 7.25 crore
