Kamal Hassan described Rishab Shetty’s movie as a classic in his letter and said, “I know you couldn’t have seen a movie called Nirmalyam by MT Vasudevan Nair. There are echoes of an old movie in yours. Even though you might not be aware of them, your cinematic ancestors helped shape the language you use today.
