Shah Rukh Khan’s film Pathaan debuted in theatres on January 25. On Tuesday, the filmmakers hosted a private screening of the highly anticipated film at Yash Raj Films’ Mumbai site. Shah Rukh was joined at the Pathaan premiere by Deepika Padukone and John Abraham. Shah Rukh’s wife, interior designer Gauri Khan, and director Siddharth Anand were among the renowned individuals who attended the screening, along with actors Rani Mukerji and Bosco Martis, choreographers Vaibhavi Merchant and Bosco Martis, actor John Runchal, and Priya Runchal, who is John’s wife. Pictures and videos of the Pathaan cast and crew celebrating its release were posted on fan pages and paparazzi websites.
Inside photos from the Pathaan screening may show Siddharth Anand, John Abraham, and Shah Rukh Khan all dressed in black. Deepika wore an all-beige dress to the Pathaan screening, and she posed for photos inside the theater. Shah Rukh Khan and actor Ekta Kaul posed for a picture together during the private screening. After sharing a photo of herself and Shah Rukh on Instagram, the celebrity wrote, “Sums it all up.”
Actor Shaji Choudhary posted several pictures and videos from the Pathaan screening on Instagram on Tuesday. Dancers Bosco Martis and Vaibhavi Merchant performed to the Pathaan song Besharam Rang in a video that Shaji posted. Party full on,” he wrote as the photo’s caption. As Vaibhavi and Bosco danced on the floor, people yelled their names. The title song of the movie, Jhoome Jo Pathaan, was choreographed by National Award-winning choreographer Bosco Martis. Besharam Rang was choreographed by Vaibhavi.
Videos of Rani and Gauri arriving for the Pathaan screening were shared on social media. Priya, John’s wife, who is infrequently spotted at public occasions, was seen riding with the actor to the movie theater. Along with the dessert platter picture, Deepika also shared one with the phrase “Good luck for Pathaan” written in chocolate sauce. The picture seems to be from the special showing on Tuesday night.
Following Zero, Shah Rukh Khan’s first full-length film was Siddharth Anand’s Pathaan (2018). Shah Rukh plays an agent on a mission to protect the country. He is battling John, the terrorist group’s leader, with Deepika by his side.
