Jhanvi Kapoor says that being a feminist is close to her heart.

Jhanvi Kapoor is one of the most popular Gen-Z actresses, and it’s always great to see her because her photos and videos never fail to impress her fans. Even though she is a favourite of the paparazzi, she can avoid the crowds. Even though her Instagram is full of pictures from the gym and trips, the diva is above it all. She has talked a lot about her family, her likes and dislikes, her movies, how she deals with trolls on social media, her mother, the late actress Sridevi, and a lot of other things. Aside from that, the actress has said in the past that she is a feminist and that she values feminism.

In an interview with Filmfare, the actress was asked about the issue that is most important to her.

I think feminism is very important to me. I think some people don’t even realise how ingrained gender roles are, not just in our country but everywhere in the world, no matter what level of society you come from. She has also been in movies like “Roohi” and “Gunjan Saxena” that are about women. Meanwhile, the Ghost Stories actress admitted that making films about women was not a planned decision.

Jhanvi, on the other hand, is currently filming for her upcoming movie “Bawaal,” in which she will star with Varun Dhawan. This is Dhawan and Kapoor’s first time working together. It was directed by Nitesh Tiwari. The movie Bawaal is set to come out in theatres on April 7, 2019. Reports say that the movie will be shot in three cities in India and five in Europe, including Paris. The first day of filming for Bawaal took place in Lucknow, which is the capital of Uttar Pradesh.

The actress from Roohi is involved in a number of interesting projects. She will be seen next in “Good Luck Jerry,” a Hindi version of the 2018 Tamil comedy-crime film Kolamavu Kokila. She will work with Rajkummar Rao again in “Mr. and Mrs. Mahi” after “Roohi.” She will then star with Sunny Kaushal in “Mili,” which is a remake of the Malayalam movie “Helen.”
