Padukone posed as the House Ambassador for the French luxury fashion house Louis Vuitton with former Spanish footballer Iker Casillas while walking the custom-made Louis Vuitton case to reveal the sparkling trophy before the match started on Sunday.
On the one hand, the world praised the Bajirao Mastani actress for being the first Indian to present the FIFA trophy. On the other hand, not everyone liked Padukone’s outfit for the big event, which was made especially for her by Louis Vuitton.

In a video she posted to Instagram, the actress from the movie “Chennai Express” thanked everyone for letting her be a part of “the greatest sports moment in history.”
Padukone also talked about where the outfit came from. She said, “It’s a very special look by my very dear friend Nicolas.” I love it because it’s perfect for what we’re going to do next, which is show off the trophy. But at the same time, it’s very comfortable.”
