In a society where talking about mental illnesses is stigmatised and disregarded, Ali Zafar has emerged as a lifeline for those experiencing anxiety and/or depression.

In his most recent video, the well-known Pakistani musician described his coping mechanism for handling worry and other mentally challenging issues.

The Chano singer claimed that the video contains exquisite exercises that help to quiet one’s mind and thoughts. Zafar recommended that anyone who has difficulty singing try the eastern classical music known as riyaz.

The well-known Mere Brother Ki Dulhan actor additionally suggested that people check out the “tanpura” music on YouTube, describing it as a beautiful instrument that vibrates at a frequency that causes every cell in the body to quiver.

The Chal Dil Meray vocalist mentioned that frequency tuning takes time and that the body vibrates as it gets closer to a specific frequency.

To further illustrate, he also struck the notes of classical music with precision.

“Unwanted feelings like tension, worry, melancholy, fear, or feeling down are common. Even though I’m not an expert, I thought I’d share one of the strategies I employ, which is based on eastern classical music, to get over difficult emotions. I’m hoping it’s helpful in some manner,” Ali wrote in the post’s caption, “Peace & Love.”

Dil Karey, Hum Tum, and Mere Dildar Sanam are recent movies directed by Zafar. The singer has not yet released Husn, her upcoming album.
