Renowned director Karan Johar, with a prolific career spanning 25 years in the film industry, shared a glimpse of his special day at the British Parliament, where he was bestowed with an award for his significant contributions to the entertainment industry.

Taking to Instagram, Karan shared two pictures capturing the moment of receiving the prestigious award from one of the dignitaries. Expressing his gratitude, he felt privileged to be honored with such a significant accolade.

In his caption, Karan wrote, “Today has been such a special day! I am fortunate and deeply grateful to be honored at the British House of Parliament in London by the esteemed Baroness Verma of Leicester.”

He continued, “We celebrated my 25th year as a filmmaker in the film industry, and I launched the teaser for #RockyAurRaniKiPremKahani too!”

Acknowledging the magnitude of the occasion, Karan added, “It’s one of those days where I pinch myself and realize that dreams do come true. Thank you, everyone, for the unwavering love you have shown me throughout my journey. And I promise you, there is more to come.”

Karan Johar’s upcoming directorial venture, “Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani,” is scheduled for a theatrical release on July 28.
